Customer Feedback is any kind of Information coming directly from customers about the satisfaction or dissatisfaction they feel with a product or a service. Customer comments and complaints given to a company are an important resource for improving and addressing the needs and wants of the customer. They can be used to optimize marketing, sales, product development and pretty much any other part of the business.
There are many different metrics used to measure and collect customer Feedback. Some of the most known are the Net Promoter Score (NPS), CSAT, the Customer Effort Score (CES) and the Voice of the Customer.
